PSNI Chief Constable Hugh Orde confirms that the IRA is responsible for many shootings and punishment mutilations. Is this news? Did anyone actually think that the IRA was NOT responsible for much of the barbarism practised in those areas it controls? Oh yes..that's right - the Government, the pro-Agreemen Parties, the NIO, The media...everybody indeed except those of us who have spent years talking about it. Waken up!
