The Foul Cry 'Foul'

Francie Molloy, Sinn Fein/IRA MLA for Mid-Ulster is clearly rattled about the presence of HM Forces at a Dungannon polling station. He protesteth much about the supposed 'intimidation' of voters and election workers.

I can contain my laughter no longer! Here is the man who warned the world that, should HM Government fail to trample on the British birthright of 1 million of its own citizens by casting Northern Ireland adrift from the Union, the IRA 'would simply go back to doing what they know best.' I hardly think he is in a position to preach to others to pitfalls of intimidation. Readers can rest assured that the reality of the Army's presence will be to ensure that staff at polling stations are not subjected to harassment by disruptive elements. Nothing more, nothing less.

Mr Molloy, whilst we are on the subject of contributions 'to the electoral process in Ireland' what, may I ask, has Sinn Fein/IRA ever contributed to any process in 'Ireland'? - aside from intimidation, bomb attacks and voter fraud. I await a response, though I suspect one will be a long time coming.
