Suave silver-tongued Ulster Unionist Jim Nicholson has gone on record saying he and his mighty Party oppose the current EU Constitution. Jim is also proud of his Party's membership of the EPP-ED grouping. The funny thing is that the EPP-ED supports the immediate adoption of the Constitution. Have a look at this.
