Dick Morris is a man who I frequently disagree with, but I think he is spot-on in this latest article. If Americans believe they ARE at war they will re-elect Bush. If Americans believe that the war is winding down or completed, they will elect Kerry. But what staggers me is WHY any right-thinking American would believe for een one nano-second that the Democrat Party can be trusted to create jobs, help the economy, lower health-care costs, stabilize Medicare and Social Security, reduce prescription drug prices, help improve education and protect the environment. They have never done this in the past and they will not do so in the future. Worse, as Morris points out, if Kerry is elected, Bin Laden will have the right man in the White House and god help us all.
