UNDERSTANDING THE UBERCOP.



Unionists just don't get it. There has been a predictable outcry from political giants such as Ian Paisley Jnr and Arlene Foster (same party, different wings..ouch!) that PSNI Chief Constable Hugh Orde has met with the families of a gang of IRA killers shot dead by the SAS back in 1987 at Loughall in County Armagh. Now the relatives of those terrorists are looking for explanations and probably, a public and independent enquiry. So am I. I would like to know if the SAS personnel involved were rewarded for their gallantry in killing the terrorist gang concerned. If not, why not?



That aside, no-one should be surprised that Hugh Orde has met with these people - after all the Ubercop's role is to molly-cuddle and suck up to terrorists and their fellow travellers. Why his greatest dream is to have those inextricably linked with the IRA sit on the Policing Board for Northern Ireland. Ian and Arlene appear to be slow learners - haven't they figured that one out yet?
