HOW USELESS ARE THE SUPERINTENDENTS' ASSOCIATION?
The answer is - extremely useless. I see these career-hunting lickspittles have come out and accepted that the Ubercop's decision to cut the Police Reserve in half is not political. Sure it wasn't....and when is the next round of promotions due. Gutless, aren't they?
