IRA TERRORIST ARRESTED SHOCK HORROR!!



It's not often that one reads of a suspected IRA terrorist being arrested but this has happened - in the Canary island of Tenerife!



Spanish police said they arrested Michael Gerard Rogan in the Canary Island of Tenerife. Rogan (44), has been on the run since 1997, when he skipped bail after being charged with plotting to bomb Thiepval Barracks in Lisburn. The charges stemmed from the October 1996 IRA bomb attack that killed soldier James Bradwell inside the base.



I am sure we will shortly witness a Sinn Fein led campaign to "Free the Canary One" - an innocent man, probably on an eco-tour of the beautiful island of Tenerife?
