I am sure I was not the only one shocked when they heard James Brandon, the released British hostage in Iraq, say "I want to say thank you to the people who kidnapped me." How odd..or is it. Not really, as HonestReporting.com makes clear. After all, as Jeff Jacoby of the Boston Globe spells keeping on good terms with terrorist killers is all part of the journalists trade. CNN disclosed how they sanitised reports from Iraq for years...and no moral outcry happened. The question is; are Western journalists so cowed by the threat of what the Jihadi will do to them that they miss major stories that expose the terrorists?
