THE SOI-DISANT MASTER...



I've been called many things for holding the views that I do, but I can now reveal my pleasure in being labelled as "the soi-disant master of televisual allusion" by Tim Wilson in the September edition of Fortnight magazine. In a full page dissection of my recent article in July/August Fortnight ("It's a quagmire- get me out of here") Tim really socks it to me! He points out a glaring tautological inexactitude that I made (the result of my typing the word "convicted" when I meant "accused") and then carefully explains that the world will basically come to an end circa 2010 due to the Great Satan's demonic thirst for oil.



I intend doing a little response to this bien-pensant of the wacko Left. He provides such good material that after I stopped giggling at his fierce put downs, - why I thought up a few of my own. Watch this space..
