BUBBA BILL FOR GENERAL SECRETARY?
This is the best gag of the day. Bill Clinton wants to be Kofi Annan's successor as General Secretary of the United Nations. Apparently, "A Clinton candidacy is likely to receive overwhelming support from U.N. member states, particularly the Third World. Diplomats in Washington say Clinton would galvanize the United Nations and give an enormous boost to its prestige." Hang on...boost its prestige????? I dunno, I guess the corrupt malignant rancid UN will swallow any old thing?
