I think it's interesting to read the ravings of embittered ex-Conervative MP Michael Portillo. This newly-converted BBC luvvie spills out the usual venom we have come to expect from him as Michael Howard does his best to ensure that the Conservative Party tries to stand up for conservative principles. John Redwood's return in particular seems to vex poor Portillo - I suppose he is enraged that the Conservatives embrace any sort of right-wingism! Howard should, and I am sure will, dismiss these pious prattlings by Portillo.
