DUP PONDER TIME-SCALE OF DOING A DEAL..



Why is it that when I read what DUP Deputy Leader Peter Robinson has to say about the DUP approach to "doing a deal" I am deeply concerned? Is the issue timing or principle? Which is most important - democracy or devolution? What will happen when the DUP wipe out the UUP rump at the General Election next year? Could it be that Sinn Fein/IRA can't wait for the DUP to get in situ so a sordid deal can be cut without fear of a unionist electoral backlash? You decide.
