PORTILLO DOWN THE LOO..



That most wretched of "Conservatives in Name only" - the oleaginous BBC favourite Michael Portillo, has come out (whoops..no sexism here!) and urged US voters to support ultra-liberal John Kerry this November.



The good thing is that no-one in America with any intelligence will listen to the liberal weeny-ravings of this strange creature - like most of the rest of the UK political establishment, he is talking exclusively to himself. The Conservative Party has had a tradition of producing anti-conservative MP's - Clark, Heseltine, Patten, and of course, Portillo. The latter is much loved by the media because he has moved from a once-seemingly right-wing position to his new socialist perch. Good riddance to him.
