'Merchant Bankers'

As someone with a extensive family network in Bradford (plus 31 years of experience of the city), I doubt many people could give a more honest account of the socio-cultural proclivities of Muslims than I. Let me make one thing patently clear: most Muslims have no interest whatsoever in attempting to integrate themselves and their offspring into the mainstream of the country they have chosen to live in. In the UK, for example, Muslim communities are living a form of apartheid existence. Unlike the situation in the South Africa of yesteryear, this has not been forced upon them. A majority of Muslims have opted for a lifestyle of complete separation from the host community - choosing to wear their own dress, keep their own traditions, converse in foreign dialects, send their children to Islamic schools, etc.

Admittedly, all immigrant groups wish to display some cultural trappings of their countries of origin. Fair enough!! However, for the followers of 'Allah', the culture in overwhelmingly bound up in the theological milieu of Islam and its fundamental principles - frequently to the exclusion of everyday laws and customs in western civilisation. Now we are told that an 'Islamic Law bank' is to be opened on London's Edgware Road - a further example of how much the proponents of the Muslim faith are keen to extend 'Islamocreep' into British society. If they were as adept at condoning international terror as they are in creating conditions for their self-imposed societal exclusion, we might all sleep better in our beds.
